There was a mix up and the wrong size was sent out, but in all fairness I got a reasonably quick response to my email and a replacement in the correct size arrived about a week later. Dealing with a complaint quickly is almost a better advert than delivering the right thing in the first place.

Such a good quality watch strap that I will be ordering a second one as well! The strap came with all the useful tools to change it.
