I ordered this strap for my wife's PRX as she wanted something a little less dressy than the bracelet it came on. Fit and finish of the strap was perfect and the service I received was excellent. When I ordered the strap, it auto-populated with the wrong ZIP code and I didn't catch it. I reached out about getting it re-sent and once they had the strap back in their hands, they sent it without even charging me additional shipping. I'll definitely be ordering again!
